Alex B. Swanson

Alex B. Swanson is an associate attorney at Rodè & Coffin, practicing in health care law with a focus on nursing facility and assisted living facility accounts receivable, licensing and changes in ownership, regulatory compliance, resident issues including contract terminations, evictions, and dispute resolution.

Prior to joining Rodè & Coffin, Alex worked as a Claims Attorney at a title insurance company, investigating title insurance claims, analyzing coverage issues, and coordinating with title agents, local governments, and outside counsel.

Outside of work, Alex volunteers with the Volunteer Lawyers Network in its Name Change Clinic and is an active performer in theater and music.
